Arrives compact in a duffle bag, once removed is fully popped together within 5 minutes. Easily pops back down and into duffle bag within a few simple movements. I used this for a week while on vacation in Newport, RI and found it the absolute perfect solution. I chose to add the portable crib mattress because of previous reviews listed below and am SO glad I did because it would not have been appropriate for my 7 month old girl without the additional support. She slept like normal in this playard and we will get many more chances to use it again on ski trips. It would travel extremely light if you don't need the changing table poles, etc. (which we don't at her age).
I bought this for my newborn daughter so that she could be in my room for her first months and could keep an eye on her. I love it! It is more usefull than a regular bassinet. It can be changed to a play pen for your little one as she grows out of the bassinet part. It is also great for traveling where I can just fold it up and put it in a bag to carry along with us. I would recommend this to any one and every one.
My husband and I are expecting our first baby at the beginning of next year. We picked this up a few weeks ago and put it together as soon as we got home. It's easy to put together and it looks great. I'm very pleased and look forward to being able to use it.
I would recommend this to any one and every one. I would buy this all over again. Just a little bit hard to set up. It is more usefull than a regular crib or bassinet, and can be changed to a play pen. I only regret that it was hard to put extra features like (mobiles, lights) if it didn't come with it. It sturdy, but not easy to move from room to room (unleast you collapse it down). Also be extra cautious, when the infant is at the top. And know when it's time transfer to the bottom. I learn the hard way. I didn't like the pad it come with. I had to but a Kolcraft - Portable Crib Mattress to make it more comfortable for sleep. My grandson is 1yr and still love sleeping in it . Haven't outgrown it yet! This playard met all of my expectations
This play yard was very easy to set up. I love it because it enables me to do other things while our baby is sleeping. He has grown out of his bassinet, however..he isn't really old enough to sleep in his baby bed. The built in bassinet with this play yard has been a life saver. Being a new mom, I have been extra cautious with every product, and I don't know what I would do without this one. I see us getting much use from it in the near future, even as he gets older he can use the play pen and the play yard is small enough to leave setting in the living room, or move around to where ever necessary.
We love this playard/bassinet! We purchased it for our second child; with the first we had an expensive crib that was large, heavy, and noisy, and he had a hard time sleeping in it. This bassinet is wonderful though! It is portable and we can move it from room to room, and it is quiet. It is also low enough to the ground to lay the baby in easily without waking him up. It was a little difficult to figure out the initial set up, but after putting it together we have had no problem folding it up and moving it. It doesn't have all the extra features that others have (mobiles, lights, etc.) but those are really unneccessary, and you can't beat the price!
We chose this product because the price was right. After using it, we're thrilled that it's a great product too. We've taken it camping, on vacation, to grandparents, etc. and it's been great. The one complaint I have is the mattress is a little soft. I don't know if I'd trust putting a brand new baby on it. Other than that, we're very happy.
I recieved this product as a baby shower gift. It is definitely worth the money and a great value. Very easy to set up and store. And folds up easily and very convenient to travel with.Its very sturdy and not cheaply made. I love it
This is the perfect size for Grandma & Papa's house. It is easy to move with the 2 wheels on one side. It was a breeze to set up and take down. My only negative thing to say would be the bassinet part seems a bit weak in the middle at its base. Perfect for newborns. Might not make it to 15lbs as the weight limits states. I would recommend the Kolcraft - Portable Crib Mattress to go with this playard.
I am very happy with the Evenflo Baby Suite Classic Playyard in the Three's Company Print. We recieved it as a gift and will be using it for the time being, in place of a crib for my 3 mos. old son. It was VERY easy to set up and folds down small enough to travel with (our former playyard was GIGANTIC!) We have the bassinet hooked in right now and my son loves the way it rocks gently when he moves, falls asleep in it on his own and is even content for much longer when he wakes up, without crying (so it must be comfortable). Overall... it seems sturdy, is not overly large when open, is easy to move around the room (by means of the wheels on one end) and the print is cute. Very subtle in a soft (not pastel) color scheme... blues and browns... and only the inner mattress pad has the animal print on it... so it is not too animated to set amongst my other furniture. I did not give it 5 stars across the board... only because... it really has no features (does not vibrate, play music; etc.... and has no changing table or storage) and I cannot say much for durability yet, as I have only owned it a VERY short time. However, I would def. recommend this playyard for the price. Good job Evenflo.
